At the time I was briefed Disney had already been running an appreciation campaign called the VIP pass. holders of this pass unlock extra special experiences in the park.
They wanted a unique campaign that illustrated the idea of appreciating people in your life. The idea was not only to advertise this scheme and purchase VIP tickets for special people, but to be able to create a personal message to that person. We wanted this to have a viral appeal by only being Disney branded once users committed to creating a message. The message itself contains a very subtle Disney tone.
