At the time I was briefed Disney had already been running an appreciation campaign called the VIP pass. holders of this pass unlock extra special experiences in the park.
 
They wanted a unique campaign that illustrated the idea of appreciating people in your life. The idea was not only to advertise this scheme and purchase VIP tickets for special people, but to be able to create a personal message to that person. We wanted this to have a viral appeal by only being Disney branded once users committed to creating a message. The message itself contains a very subtle Disney tone.
This was just a test demo to show the client how the different message segments from different depths eventually come together to for the overall shape based on the mood of the message.
Here a basic wireframe illustrates part of the message process; allowing the user to choose the shapes and mood that appears in their message, as well as an overall shape that is formed once it's completed.
Share Your Apreciation

Once the message is sent, users get the chance to share it in a unique space where all other messages can be viewed. The icons vary in shape and colour, representing the sentement of each message.
